I had purchased this item online on March 19th with a estimated delivery time of April 1st to April 16th. Long story short the delivery date was pushed back twice that will take the item little over a month to arrive. I received no notification on the delivery date changes, I just happened to check online. No compensation for the inconvenience or a consistant reason why it was delayed. I had to cancel the order. I never had a problem with delivery with other items, but I guess furniture is a exception!

How Can I buy something online without knowing what or how the sleeper unfolds/opens. They all are set up to turn into sleepers in different ways.
